Sanju Samson: What Happened?

Sanju Samson had finger operations last month. Playing cricket, he cut his finger and required time to recover. 

Doctors corrected his finger, then he slept and worked to get it strong once more. He was working on all of this in Bengaluru at the Centre of Excellence.

Now, on Monday, Samson has returned to the RR squad following all the rest and diligence. Having their captain back makes everyone delighted!

Will Samson Be Keeping Wickets?

Sanju Samson usually also maintains a wicket for his side. We are unsure, though, whether he will start accumulating wickets right away as his finger is still healing. He should exercise great caution to prevent hurting his finger once more.

He had also kept wicket during a February match against England when a fastball from Jofra Archer injured Samson.

Good News Regarding Riyan Parag

The good news for RR is more abundant. Riyan Parag is another player who is currently totally well. 

He missed numerous crucial games prior since he suffered a shoulder issue. But his shoulder is fully better now!

Playing in the Ranji Trophy, Riyan Parag demonstrated his remarkable recovery. Against Saurashtra, he even hit a half-century—that is, 50 runs—and bowled 26 overs. That is quite fantastic!

RR’s Future Games

• March 23: RR will play their debut game at Hyderabad versus Sunrisers Hyderabad.
• March 26: Guwahati will see a home game between Kolkata Knight Riders.
